  • How can I place an order other than online?

  • What is the warranty on the products I purchase?

    Depending on the product, manufacturer, or OEM and retail, we offer a one-month to three-year warranty. To find out our warranty for a specific product, go to Terms and Conditions. On the other hand, manufacturers offer warranties that exceed the warranty that Next International, Inc. offers. Please refer to that particular manufacturer's website for the warranty offered.

  • Can I return a product that I have purchased?

    You may return a product only if it is unopened and in its original packaging. For more information, or defective items, visit the Terms and Conditions.

  • What are your shipping methds?
    • UPS: As the largest carrier with a great coverage network, UPS is our default shipping company for ground and air services.
    • U.S. MAIL: For APO, FPO, and international orders only.
    • Trucking companies for larger domestic orders.
    • Container or consolidated shipment for larger international orders.
    • You can utilize your carrier and have your merchandise picked up from our warehouse via a special arrangement with your account representative.
  • Can I customize a certain system?

    Yes. Our website allows for very easy customization of our systems. Simply select a category under the "Systems" category on the left-hand menu, then click the corresponding Customize button for the system that you'd like to buy. You will then be able to add, remove, or change various components and see the updated price by clicking on the Recalculate button.

  • I can not find the product that I'm looking for. How can I get help?

    We offer numerous products on our website. We try so hard to expand the number of products that we offer on our website. It is possible that the product you are looking for may not be in our store or that you are having some difficulties finding it.   • Do you ship international?

    Yes. We do. For exact shipping rates please e-mail to our sales department at sales@neqx.com with your complete address and the list of the items you are interested in ordering.

  • How can I place an order if I have an international address?

    The web store will not recognize an international state or zip code since the software is set up only for U.S. addresses. Therefore, to complete your online order, please use "NY, 10001" for state and zip code. Then please put your original state and zip code into the comment box. Also, please include the bank's phone number on the back of your card if you are paying with a credit card.
